3-Week-Old Baby
Your baby's not trying to torture you with all that crying -- she's just trying to tell you something.
You’ve had three weeks with one another now, and you’re both started adjusting to life together. You may have developed a routine of sorts and you’re understanding what your baby wants when she cries (well, sometimes)
You may feel like you’re spending more time changing dirty nappies than is humanly possible. But what goes in must come out, an you may find that the nappies will be explosive and that you’ll have to change her entire outfit, never mind just her nappy (oh wonderful!).
Your baby still loves looking at you, but she’ll also be fascinated by images with contrasting colours. Get some toys, with zig zags, circles, squares and other shapes, in black, red and white that you can attach to her cot. She’ll also be fascinated by her mobile, hanging above her cot.
Mom, you still shouldn’t go back to gym, especially if you’ve had a caesarean or an episiotomy. You can however go for long walks and do mild forms of exercise to start getting back in shape.
